[100% Solid Brass] 100 lb Propane Tank Adapter POL Propane Gauge

Key Features

  • Pack of 2 propane tank adapters for converting a POL service-valve connection to a QCC1/Type 1 connection.
  • Retains POL compatibility for use with propane regulators, hoses, and adapters using either connection type.
  • Constructed from 100% solid brass for corrosion resistance and durable outdoor use.
  • Includes a rubber O-ring on the POL connection to support a tight, leak-resistant fit.
  • Temperature-based color dial gauge shows three levels: sufficient gas, low gas, and refill/almost empty.
  • The gauge uses hot-day, cool-day, and cold-day reference ranges for more useful propane-level readings.
  • Includes two connector covers to help protect the connections from corrosion during storage.
  • CSA C-US certified, certification number 2055063.

Compatibility & Fitment

  • Fits propane tanks from 5 to 100 lb, including 100 lb LP tanks.
  • Compatible with tanks using old-style POL or new-style QCC1/Type 1 connections.
  • Suitable for propane appliances such as gas grills, heaters, smokers, camping stoves, lanterns, tabletop grills, portable fire pits, fire pit tables, and turkey fryers.
  • Check the existing tank valve and appliance connection before ordering to confirm the fitting type.

When to Replace

  • Replace an adapter when the connection is damaged, the O-ring is worn or cracked, or the fitting no longer tightens securely.
  • Replacement is also appropriate when a tank connection needs to be converted between POL and QCC1/Type 1 formats.
  • Replace the adapter if the gauge is damaged, unreadable, or no longer provides a usable propane-level indication.

Installation Tips

  • Confirm that the tank valve and appliance-side connection match the adapter before installation.
  • Connect the POL side to the tank and use the handwheel to tighten the fitting securely.
  • Attach the QCC1/Type 1 or POL connection to the compatible regulator, hose, or appliance fitting.
  • Make sure all connections are firmly tightened before operating the propane appliance.
  • Install the connector covers when the adapter is not in use to help limit exposure to corrosion.
