• Replaces any CBB60 style capacitor with a 20 µF rating and a voltage rating of 450V AC or lower (e.g., 250V, 370V, 440V).
• Suitable for applications requiring a 20 MFD run capacitor.

Compatibility & Fitment

• Designed for starting and running single-phase motors in 50Hz/60Hz AC power systems.
• Common applications include:
  • Water pumps
  • Air compressors
  • Washing machines
  • Fans
  • Air conditioners
  • Heat pumps
  • Refrigerators

When to Replace

• Motor hums but fails to start or has difficulty starting.
• Motor runs at a reduced speed or with insufficient power.
• Capacitor casing is physically bulged, cracked, or leaking oil.
• Capacitance measurement is outside the ±5% tolerance range when tested with a multimeter.

Installation Tips

• Disconnect all electrical power to the equipment before servicing.
• Safely discharge the existing capacitor by shorting the terminals with an insulated tool.
• Confirm the replacement capacitor's µF rating matches the original. The voltage rating must be equal to or higher than the original.
• This capacitor is non-polarized; wires can be connected to either terminal.
• Use the integrated M8 stud to securely mount the capacitor and prevent damage from vibration.
