Email hi@bluestarshub.com with your order number, the email used at checkout, and the change you are requesting. For an address correction, include the complete correct delivery address.
Fulfillment status matters
We will review whether the requested change is possible. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once an order enters fulfillment or ships. Sending a request does not by itself cancel an order.
