Processing and estimated delivery
- Order processing: 1–2 business days.
- US domestic shipping: 4–5 business days after carrier handoff.
- International shipping: 7–14 business days after carrier handoff.
Transit estimates are in addition to processing time. Estimated total time is 5–7 business days for US orders and 8–16 business days for international orders. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, and international customs clearance can affect arrival.

Track a shipment

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check the delivery location and with household members, then contact the carrier and Blue Stars. For a damaged or incorrect item, contact us with your order number and a description; photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate.
