Blue Stars is operated by DOLORES Crafters LLC at 9850 W 59th Pl, Arvada, CO 80004, United States. Contact hi@bluestarshub.com. Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Using the store

Provide accurate contact, billing and shipping information and use the store lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code, misuse another person’s details or interfere with the service. Keep your account credentials private.

Product information and compatibility

Check the complete equipment model, original part number, dimensions, connectors and package contents before ordering. Similar appearance alone does not confirm fit. Brand names and model references describe compatibility and do not imply manufacturer affiliation or endorsement unless expressly stated. Follow the equipment manufacturer’s instructions and use a qualified technician for hazardous repairs.

Prices, payment and order review

Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the store and checkout. Review product quantities, discounts, shipping, taxes and the total before authorizing payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. If a pricing error, payment issue, stock problem or other issue affects your order, we will contact you; any unfulfilled canceled items will be refunded.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

Shipping times, destinations and charges are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Request changes promptly using Order Changes & Cancellation. Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day request window, eligibility, return shipping and refunds.
